S2 E20 – Revolver, Side Two – Martha And The Muffins

In the 2nd part of our discussion, musicians/songwriters and co-founding members of Martha And The Muffins, Martha Johnson and Mark Gane, talk to host Paul Romanuk about The Beatles amazing 1966 album Revolver. Also, there is lots of discussion about the very eclectic career of Martha And The Muffins.

Aside from diving into each track on Side Two of Revolver, we also talk about Martha And The Muffins current album of B-sides and alternate versions, Marthology. There is also some cool talk about their cover art, Mark's guitar heroes, the inspiration behind the track Women Around The World At Work and a great story about an instrumental track that closes out Side One of This Is The Ice Age, and why that track kept playing over in my head when I lived in London.
